Lover of physical activity, nature, and adventure;
Leo.
As a student and lifelong learner, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to grow, adapt, and care for ourselves while managing the many demands of daily life. The stress, uncertainty, and emotional weight of it all can feel overwhelming. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe to be yourself—a space where vulnerability is welcomed, and you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
Starting therapy is a brave and deeply personal step. It takes strength to begin this journey, and I want to honor that in every connection I build. Whether you're navigating a period of transition, dealing with past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you with empathy, respect, and understanding.
My background includes work as a Crisis Specialist and years of volunteer experience supporting individuals in distress. These roles have shown me the power of compassion and the importance of building genuine, trusting relationships. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel truly seen and supported.
In addition to my crisis work, I’ve spent several years working with young burn survivors across Ontario as a mentor and camp counsellor. This has given me a deep appreciation for the unique emotional, psychological, and physical challenges that trauma survivors face. I’ve learned how to support not just visible healing, but the invisible wounds that often go unspoken. My hope is to offer a space that feels inclusive, empowering, and attuned to both seen and unseen struggles.
I was born and raised in the Niagara Region, earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Brock University, and am currently completing my Master of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you—with warmth, patience, and care.
