As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I recognize how difficult it can be to navigate life’s challenges while trying to care for ourselves, grow, and adapt through different seasons of life. Feelings of stress, uncertainty, overwhelm, or disconnection can impact every part of our wellbeing, which is why I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and accepted as you are.
Beginning therapy is a courageous and deeply personal decision. I believe healing happens within authentic, trusting relationships, and I strive to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your journey. Whether you are navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, emotional difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to support you with empathy, curiosity, and care.
My professional background includes working as a Crisis Specialist and supporting individuals through years of volunteer work in mental health settings. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the importance of person-centred, trauma-informed care and meeting individuals where they are. During my clinical training at Two Doves, I further developed my therapeutic approach by integrating compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices into my work with those I support.
In addition to my work in crisis and mental health care, I have spent several years supporting young burn survivors across Ontario as both a mentor and camp counsellor. This experience has shaped my understanding of resilience, identity, healing, and the impact that both visible and invisible wounds can have on a person’s life. It has reinforced the importance of creating an inclusive and empowering therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported.
I was born and raised in the Niagara Region, earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Brock University, and completed my Master of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University.
Wherever you may be in your journey, I hope to walk alongside you with warmth, authenticity, patience, and care.
